Unlock Higher Difficulty Levels
If you want to really test your skill in the game then unlock the 2 additional difficulty levels by completing the fifth world on the indicated difficulty in 'Standard' play (not in Training mode).
Unlock 'Impossible' Difficulty:
Complete the fifth world on 'Hard' difficulty setting.
Unlock 'Nightmare' Difficulty:
Complete the fifth world on 'Impossible' difficulty setting.
