The suburbs well is in the middle of the water. If you go next to where you buy the toys you can see a blue gate, go through there until you reach the water. This is the part where I got stuck because the water drowns you and I can not find another way across it?? Please may you help me, as I helped you this far. THANKYOU!!!

you have to get the slime thing that can make you big or small and make bullseye big and ride him to the well

You have to finish all of the mayors missions until you get to the blow up the dam mission and the final well should be there.
