How do I pull on the grapple hook?

Press down on the x button on your controls and you should be able to pull objects and other things to you.
Just started playing this, and can't get it to work either...ever figure it out?
Its not X it's whatever keybind you set to "interact" in my case it's F.
Also it only works at the right angle and it depends where you stand.
Move around, grapple and then begin to walk back.
When she hesitates you will see F appear on the screen.
Then you just press and hold F down and she pulls with the rope.
It's very buggy.
If you still somehow is looking at this thread, just turn on Vsync. It worked for me and I had the same problem. Hope it works for you if you're still here.
