How can you tell a Sim's age just by looking at them?

Don't feel alone. Many people don't know how to tell there sims age by looking at them. I can so I will help you out.

Baby-if they can't crawl,play with toys,or babble, then they are a Baby. Usually Babys are raped in a blanket. Babies age up after a few days you have brought them back from the hospital. You don't have to do anything for them to age up, just wait

Toddler-if they can crawl,play with toys,and babble, then they are defiantly a Toddler. Toddlers are they next age from baby. Toddlers will have clothes that you will have to pick out for them as soon as they age up from Baby to Toddler.(BTW if you have already tought your Toddler how to walk,talk,and potty and he/she won't age up,just hold L2 and click on them. Then hit the 1st button and they automatically age up! They Toddler to Child age up never happens. If you do this,then they will age up emidiatly)

Child-Child is simple,if they can walk and talk perfectly, then they are children. Children even go to school!To age up a child, they must get an A in school

Teen-Teens are like children, but just taller. If you want to age up a teen, I think they have to get an A in school also. You can look it up, just on case

Young Adult-Young Adults will be even taller than a teen. You can defiantly tell when your Young Adult sim is with a mate or dateing. If you are wondering why, I will tell you. If your Young Adult sim is dateing or has a mate, they can "Try For Baby". Only Young Adults can do that. Teens can to,but that is in a cheat. To age up a Young Adult,just wait. But if you want them to stay a certain age for a while,go to settings and find that sim and change there lifespan up.

Adult-Adults look the exact same as the Young Adult, they just can't "Try For Baby". If you have 4 children and under and your Adult sims don't have the "Tey For Baby" button anymore, then they are Aults. To age up an Adult,just wait, like a Ypung Adult

Elder- elders usually have wrinkles on there face and have wight or gray hair. The next age for an Elder is death. If they die and you want them alive again,go to there grave and use Karma on it.

Babies are easy to distinguish. They are wrapped in either a blue or pink blanket and always have black eyes. If left alone, they will stay still in their crib or on the floor, breathing slightly.

Toddlers are kids at an age of 2-4 that can crawl and are much more active than babies. Eye colors and hair colors come into effect. If they can walk, they walk a bit slow and kind of wobble a bit.

Children are now grown kids at the age of 4-12 that can walk and go to school. Children leave school at 3:00 PM, which is different from teens who leave at 2:00 PM. Kids cannot gain athletic and cooking skills like a teen would. Children have much more customization options and their looks are much more apparent. Children walk and are about half the size of a young adult. They ride bikes around town.

Teens are kids at the age of 12-19. They can now drive cars and take taxis around town. Teens are much more taller than children and are just slightly smaller than adults. They have way more customization options and now have muscularity.

Young adults are sims that are at the age of 19-40. They look very youthful and are tall. Their faces are not as small and as puffy as they were when they were teens. They are taller than teens and walk normally. They can drive and have jobs. Young adults do not have signs of aging on them. Looking at them closely, no wrinkles or drooping skin can be found.

Adults are sims aged 40-61. They look much like young adults. However, there are some differences. They have developed wrinkles. These can be found on their foreheads and around the eyes. Also, their skin is drooping. A crease around the mouth is much more obvious, and there can be dimples in the cheeks. They have a bit difficulty getting pregnant though, as the chances are decreased.

Elders are sims aged through 61 and above. They walk with a hunched back and their hair is greyed. They have no more muscularity and when they drive, they are a bit hunched over. They now have lots of wrinkles and can have liver spots. With generations, they usually walk with canes. You also can't find a pregnant elder either.
