I want to buy a the ps3 game super street fighter(ssf ), but I'm not sure which one is the newest?

Is this ssf is the newest?

I heard many people said there are a 2012 version, but I didn't see anything about 2012 in the link

And does ssf in the link include access code?
Or does ssf need access code?
