PLEASE HELP I can't get the weight anywhere near the platform to lower the pully to get the magnet

You cary the weight across the wood planks and then set the weight down jump across and get rid of the cat with the chilly pepper. By the chilly pepper there is a metal tube that glows blue. You have to jump down to the roof and jump onto a ball. Then guid the ball up to that metal tube and knock it down. Than you can get the weight and walk it over to the pully.
