Go to the bottom left of the player select screen on cyber sub zero and the secret characters will pop-up. Keep going left until you see Freddy show. He's to the left of Rain.
To get Freddy Kruger, first go to the system settingsstoragegames and appsmortal kombat
Then delete the files which have character names on them and there you have it. The characters are unlock. (including Freddy Kruger)
