Question for MLB 11: The Show

After creating a player where do I find him? And do you create a player b4 you stsrt your franchise or can you do it anytime?

You go to rosters then player movement then click free agency and you're guy should be there

After creating all the players that you can and can't anymore. What do you do to keep making more?
