I am not able to get better than a 6.8 in the 40 can't bench more than 6 times any help would be great thanks

You don't have to, you can create a custom rookie boost their stats up to 99 for whatever team, then go to superstar say play as a rookie and play as your rookie and bingo you got a 99 overall rookie, I did it and got a 99 overall qb that can throw the ball 85 yds
