Dark magic

the characters with drk magic are the death-eaters, for example the one i use mainly is barty-crouch junior, and then the darkmagic is simply the same as wingardium leviosar for all others, and does exactly the same job, but works where red stars are aswell as purple ones, hope i helped :D

When fighting Aragog, there is a chest with a silver lock to the southeast
side. Break the lock with Reducto, and then hit it with another spell to open
it and receive the Character Token.

go on the first level of year 4 and unlock a death eater or barty crouch junior

in follow the spiders [year 2] at the stage where you fight aragog there is a chest.in the chest is a dark wizard

I completed the game and went to year 4 scene 1 and used reducto for barty crouch junior. Then went back to year 1 scene 1 and worked my way through the whole game. (it helps if you have character token detector)

Where are all the dark magic users and who are they?

I would do the 2nd year one for follow the spiders but I'm deathly death afraid of spiders, even lego ones. I did get through the whole game but I really don't want to do that level again so where is barry crouch jr. Exactly in 4-1? And sorry ulysses98, I would help you if I could but I don't have any either... Sorry hope you find one!

Okay so I have the characters to do dark magic! How do you use the dark magic? I keep switching characters but it never shows up the dark magic ones and I'm doing this during Free Play! Please help! My OCD is kicking in and have finished story mode at 47% and desperately want to complete this game!! X

The easiest dark magic carachter is tom riddle. In basilisc level, year 2, you can use that goblin of the gringot bank to open a heist in the right side of the big round room where you find the basilisc. You can unlock the goblin in the first level using reducto in a chest. Tom Riddle's wingardium leviosa is changed to crucio curse, a spell that can kill other wizards and, in place of special abilitie, like invisible coat or cat, you have avada kedavra, the death spell

Lucius malfoy is a dark magic character and his token is in Follow the spiders, so when your in the boss fight, there is a chest behind you with a metal lock so during free play, use Redructo (orange spell) to destroy the lock and get his token so when I fist got him, I did not buy him because I did not know he was a dark magic character and by the way Redructo is learned in year four anyways, if your looking for a dark magic character , use my text.

If you go to year two and you have redact you can get Lucius Malfoy in the level "follow the spiders" use reducto against the spiders and you will get Lucius Malfoy
