When or how will I get to use the nitrous oxide?

The only Gran Turismo that has nitrous is 4. You can't get nitrous in Gran Turismo 5.
You know, there is actually a way of upgrading a GT5's car whit Nitrous Oxide. I've already done it, but I don´t know how to use it. I can't even dedicate a button to the use of it.
You can use nos it's easy you just go to garage editor and click 90 seconds of nos and then you hit r3 and l3 at the same time it is technically hacking though so prepare to be banned if you're caught I havent been caught and iv been doing it for two years now
