new user no book with game
I am trying to figure out how to get my cell phone out so that you can dial numbers. It will only come out part of the way so you can't see the whole key pad. Could someone please let me know how to get this to work. I am lost since the game was used and I don't have a book with it.

Press up on the d-pad this will bring up your cell phone press up on the d-pad again and you will be able to insert numbers on your cell phone.

Press up on the aroow pad thingy and hey pesto (get it pesto!) you can dial numbers!

If you can't see the keypad then do the first set of missions for roman then he gives you 1
