Neautralize The Target
When I am in a police car chasing criminals, I get close to the area that they are located, when, on the screen it says..."You have failed to neautralize the target" What does this mean and how do I achieve this?
Comment:(May 1 2009) I found out that...there is a timer in the upper right hand corner of your screen....you have to be in the ares before the time expires

You have to kill everyone in that area then I think you go after the person you are trying to catch. I hope this helps!!

Yeah maybe the person that you have to kill escapes and you don't realize it.
