A double is...
Like, say you have the score '20' you should see there are two little strips in it. The first small section in the 20, is worth triple points (60) and the second, outer strip section is worth double (40).
So say it's your turn, and you have a remaining score of 84. You should aim to get inner strip 20 (60 pnts) leaving you with 24. You could now hit the outer strip 12, which is a 'Double 12' giving you 24, ending on a double.
Bullseye, the middle bit is also a double, so uif you have 50 to get, hit bull.
To get a 'double' you must hit the outer ring of the board of the number that when doubled equals the number you have left.
So if your remaining score is 10 you have to find the number 5 on the board and hit the outer ring to get a double 5 which equals ten which means congratulations you have won the game.
Just look at the rules you can check them out before you start the game.
