You can't. After you kill the mafia boss's daughter, you cannot do anything with the cars on the website. Notice pretty much all the phone numbers are the same, except the mafia boss's daughter.

You can't buy them.
But, you can just go to th showroom, and steal the cars.

There is a place on a corner in Algonquin. Its a car dealership called Eroticar. Take the blue car and floor it. You only get one star and you have a fast car. Its easy I did it.

You can only steal the cars but most of the times I go they have crappy cars
