I have saved the game with the ceats on and noth yet has happened, and as long as you keep your disk as clear as possible then nothing should happen.

No, I have not saved the game with any of the cheats on in Grand Theft Auto 4, but it should not be a cause for alarm if you do. You might have some problems with the game, but the chances of you actually having any problems is slim to none. I have played Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft auto: Vice city with the cheats on. What happened...nothing. Everything was perfectly fine, and I had no problems. So, to wrap it all up, no. You will not have any problems with the game if you save your file when you are still using the new cheat codes. Hope this helps.

Sometimes yes because I played libarty city and it was fine but when I played on vice city the game kept on crashing. So it's the risk you take. My personal opinion, use your cheats but don't save it.

No cheats will not mess up your game. Ive saved every cheat Ive found so far and the game works just fine, Trust me.

As far as I know, theres no probl;ems with using cheats.
