I would suggest getting a new copy of the game. If that doesnt work then try the game on a friends PS3. If it works, then you'd know the problem is your PS3 and you could either get a profecial to check on it, or you could get a hole new console all together.

superblobby answered:

There have been many, many reports over this game freezing. Take it back to the store, and get another copy, by replacing it. They should understand, due to the amount of complaints they've most probably recieved.

Red Pill answered:

My game did the same thing. I had to delete the old save, and start all over. I was about 10 hrs into it, and now I'm about 2. To get mine to work again, I shut off my PS3 (not stanby mode, completely off) went and saw Forbidden Kingdom, and when I got back, it worked just fine. I would suggest seeing that movie, appearently that was the key factor...I'm being sarcastic. I'd shut the PS3 off for a few hours.

Get the game replaced.

Alexzander answered:

Get a new game.

SUPERMAN5 answered:

Get the system to the store. Have them check it with another copy. If the system works fine with the copy, then it's the game you bought. However, if the system can't do squat, get another one from warranty.

Rage [VG] answered:

Check the disc for fingerprints and scratches. If your disc is clean, then it's probably your PS3.
