Question for Dead Space

Its the first dead space game.
I'm in chapter 3 course correction. I can't figure out how to engage clutch for centerfuge manualy. I try to move them in there slots with the stasis tool but they bounce out. I am ready to pull my hair out......Help

I haven't played chapter three for a long time, bu if I recall correctly, you can't simply shove the side pieces into the center piece. First, locate the spinning section of the side piece that you want to slide into the center piece. Shoot stasis specifically at that spinning part. That spining part should slow down but not stop. Before stasis wears off, use kinesis to grab the whole side piece and quickly slide it into the center piece. If you've done it correctly it should stay connected permanently. Now repeat the process for every side piece, but watch out for necromorphs, because one or two of the kind with two arms and a tail might appear after you attach each piece.
