How do I manually attach the tram thats malfunctio0ning in the 1st board? I have been stuck forever!!!

Okay, you have 2 arms to change it, one that works, one that doesn't.
Activate the one that works, then go over and activate the one that doesn't stay.
While the arm is extending, hit it with the Stasis Module which you just got (I forget the controls).
Then, in between both is another panel, which you activate to change the tram.
