Make sure you are a fairly high level first off.
And Make sure you have Dodge Roll. This is a key ability you NEED to have to avoid TK's stronger attacks.
When you first go around, destroy boxes and collect as many food items as you can. You should also grab the crow bars and the pipes. These do the most damage.
When he jumps down, rush over and crank the girls back up for 3-4 seconds before letting go and running from TK.
Let him grab you at times. It some times gives you the perfect chance to counter and stun him.
