As Storm said, you can basically switch from your class to any other class.
However, it takes a while to switch.
Also, it takes up your secondary weapon slot.
Really most people use it for ammo, but scavenger is much better.

One-Man Army allows you to switch to a different class, but takes away your secondary weapon slot. It's not very useful in my opinion. I would only use it for the challenges, and for regenerating ammo and claymores.

With OMA, you will be able to switch classes without having to wait to respawn. The downfall to this perk is that you can not use your secondary weapon. To the upside, you will be able to place two Claymores and two C4s. Also, your ammo will be replenished along with Noob Tubes!
