Does anyone know how to get to each secret location I found the enterance to santa maria novellas catacombs but can't seem to get In why?

Sure you're standing directly in front of it?
I never had any problems with this. Perhaps carry on with the story a bit more? Maybe reload a saved game from earlier? Try cleaning your disc
