Question for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

How do you kill the guard from the roof with out being detected on mission follow the money(when your following the senator to make his payment)

This is tricky, you must find a way to hang on the edge undetected, then while your hanging on the edge he will walk by, quickly press SQUARE and assassinate him.

Naa i found a way if u climb down n u get to da last edge u would c some yellow object on da wall all around move to da closet one den u wuld be amazed jux climb down on dem whiles moving to the guards location. Wen u are close to the guard da assinate button will show. Der u go easy.

Either hang as the previous answer said, or I believe that if you time a Throwing Knife or Crossbow shot perfectly, you can get away with it.

Ok you drop down the edge and there will be little circle shaped things to gra just hold down on the anolog stick and vwalah

um can't we use the assassin recruits for some impossible parts?
and oh yeah you could do a charge assassination behind the guard and you can still get away with it
