Unlock Mileena's Fleshpit Costume (3rd Costume):
Complete the last level (Level 300) of the Challenge Tower.
Unlock Cyber Sub-Zero:
Complete half of the chapters in Story mode. From then on he will be available as a playabale character on the 'Character' Selection screen.
Unlock Quan Chi:
Complete ALL chapters in Story mode. From then on he will be available as a playable character on the 'Character' Selection screen.
