Firstly if you equip Kiam and Seth with the Yellow Band they should learn that skill when you have aquired the specific amount of SP. Then once one has learnt the skill click on the empty skill slot and select Anti-paralysis. Then give the yellow band to the other immortal. Once both have learnt the skill give the Yellow Band to Jenson as he cannot learn any skills from accessories.

I had abit of trouble defeating this enemy so I went on a leveling mission and got my characters to level 19. Then give Kiam the ring that is effective against organic enemies. Now he should be able to take out one of the little insects in one perfect hit. Get Jensen to do the magic attack that attacks two enemies at once and get Seth to attack another little one. Leave the big one till last.
The tatic off removing the power source works, because the beast needs the little ones to asborb energy to power the Paraflare.
Have all the bombs, eg grounda bomb, for Seth to use against the big beast because she is weak against it.
If you have equiped everyone with Anti paralysis then when the second one comes along this will not do much. Use Seth for the healing, items and spells.
Then as each the big beast brings back the little ones take them out while bringing down the beasts health.

You have the formation right just make sure to equip them all with the Yellow Band and euip Kiam with the ring that is effective against organic enemies. (you may have to assemble it)

This worked for me, there was a big difference between level 17 and level 19 so that might help alot.

Those items are very rare to come across. They come more towards the end of the fourth dics. The person in the White Boa sells the highest health and magic healing items that can be found in shops. You can also buy the revive one aswell. I would recommend a skill link with sed to learn double item so you can use 2 items at once. The main item you should be after is magic healing because between fights you can use the spell casters to heal all your members, and then use the Mana items to restore MP.
The immortals come back to life and restore some health after 2 turns. Have your mortals in the back row aswell.

Try and equip all the members with asbrorb fire, water etc, and damage. Don't worry about any defensive strategies just full out attack them and try to bring them down as fast as possible. Aqua,Flara, Grounda and Winda bombs will work well or if you can upgrade to the Flarus and Groungus etc. Then as soon as you defeat them go into the characters menu and heal your members as needed. Then defeat the second one on that side and then speed over to the other two. I herd by putting them to sleep you can slow them down and attack the others.3

Your strongest attacking characters. I think I used Kiam, Seth, Sed, Jensen and Ming. They were all around level 40 I think.
If your struggling to beat them try getting to Uhra with Tolten and going into Gongora's secret cave and use that as a leveling up ground.
