Unlocking Characters

In order to Unlock a character in the game, you must first get that character onto the Relationship Chart, afterwords, work with that character, or have them as a Partner Strike, until they're Level 3, once they're Level 3, they will become Unlocked.

However, some characters, such as Tiffa Adill, and Fa Yuiry, cannot be unlocked as they're not playable.
