around liberty city you can find armoured trucks that deliver money, the only way to get the money from inside is to steal the vehicle and park it somewhere then chuck a grenade underneath it and watch the money sprinkle out. they can be found mostly on the industrial island and once i had loads by going on the northern island killing myself by (somehow because im sick ) having fun, i kept waking up outside the hospital and after a few deaths every time i woke there were trucks there , but this would be a waste of time because you pauy for being revived and then get the money back so dont try....
