First you must need an auger W/ combo card and be in an area with upper platforms (south plaza) then hold down the Square button to do the heavy attack and cut off all off the zombies limbs then go under an overhead walkway. Through the zombie off by pressing square again and once it hits the rafter the zombie will explode(ish) and the guts will come out for a short time.
