Easy escape/easy to get around without being seen

In highrise what ever building you start in(it doesn't matter) you leave the building and go to the ledge where there is no crane, now at the very edge look down, if you are in the right spot there should be a small ledge jutting out of the building jump onto it you can go along side the building and no one will notice you. Now, on each side there is a window washer platform jump onto it and you can climb back on top
