Hi, I'm Lestor Wong. I post on GameFAQ.com/ GameSpot.com by the
username "neeker". This is my third walkthrough. Feedback can be
directed to lestor_wong at yahoo.com.

This guide consists of a walkthrough of all missions from the game
Destroy All Humans! by THQ and Pandemic. It does not contain basic
information, for example, controls, etc.

The guide is written for the PS2 version of the game.

======================================================================
2. MISSION 1: DESTINATION EARTH!
======================================================================
Location: Turnipseed Farm

This is a simple level which involve learning the basic controls of
the game. Once you land, go straight ahead and you jump over some
wooden fence to enter the cow paddock. You should see plenty of cows
there, and your partner, Pox, will ask you to scan their brains. Walk
near to one of them and hold L1, then press X to scan. The cow will
have nothing to talk about except "Moo...", but at least you completed
an objective.

NOTE: use the map on the bottom right of the screen to find objects
that can fulfil your objectives. The pink dots are the destination.
You will also notice some sort of a pink beam above them the objects
that you're required to interact with to complete an objective.

Once you scanned a cow, Pox will now ask you to throw some cows
around. In fact, you will need to throw six of them. Hold L1 to lock
onto a cow, then press the triangle button to perform a pyschokinesis
(PK) on it. This basically means lifting it. Press triangle again to
drop the cow. While lifting it, you can also use the right analog stick
to move it before dropping it. Do this six times (that is, on six
cows) to complete this objective.

NOTE: When doing stunts like lifting objects, you will use up your
concentration, which is depicted on the top-left corner of the screen.
Once your concentration level goes to zero, you will need to rest for
a moment before it returns.

Throwing the cows around will alert a farmer. Locate him and quickly
toggle your camera to aim at him. At this time, you will be informed
that you actually have a weapon called the Zap-O-Matic. Once you lock
on to the farmer, you will see a red color bar that is just below
your health bar, which is at the top-right corner of the screen. Zap
the farmer with your Zap-O-Matic until the red bar is gone to kill
him.

NOTE: Your Zap-O-Matic will run out of ammo and will need time to
recharge after prolonged usage.

The next objective requires you to extract the brain stem of this
dead farmer. Stand beside his dead body and hold L1 to lock onto to
it, then continously press the square button until his brain stem is
pulled out of his head (gross). Walk over the stem and you will pick
it up automatically.

NOTE: You also earn DNA when you extract a brain stem. You need DNA
to unlock new missions, upgrade your weapons and flying saucer, and
generally to feel good.

Your act of travesty will alert more farmers. Three of them will begin
to attack you. Just take aim and zap them until they expire, or you
may want to PK them. It's up to you.

NOTE: To earn more DNA, kill one, extract his brain stem, then kill
another, and extract another brain stem. If you kill three at once
without extracting the stems, you won't have the opportunity to do it
as the game will automatically load after you complete the objective.

Next up, police! A police car is around the neighbourhood and you will
have to zap the two clueless policemen to their doom. Locate them and
zap them. Extract their brains too for DNA.

NOTE: Killing an object and extracting their DNA is not compulsory,
so I won't mention it again unless it's required to complete an
objective.

Pox will now ask you to go back to your saucer immediately. Run until
you're below your ship, then press X to enter. When you enter,the
screen will show a top view, with you in a space ship. You will need
to destroy four houses to complete this objective. Move your saucer
around and find the houses, that are marked on your map in pink.
Aim at them, then use R1 to fire your death ray at them. Like humans,
a red bar will appear under your space ship's health bar when you
attack a buidling. Do so for all four to end this objective.

Once this is done, the military forces will arrive! Lots of tanks and
trucks are heading towards your way. Try to take out the tanks first
the way you take out the houses, since the tanks have great firepower.
As usual, use the map to locate these vehicles and destroy them all.

You're close to finishing the first mission, so find a place to land.
Places you can land are depicted by a blue icon on the map.

Land, and you will unlock a new weapon, the Anal Probe. This weapon
shoots a ray up a human's, er, anus, and explode his/her brain for
easy DNA harvesting!

Talking about harvesting, you will need to harvest 250 DNAs to unlock
the next mission. Walk around the area to find people to kill and
extract their brains, or walk into the aplenty gold beams of lights
to trigger a side quest.

NOTE: Side quests are not complusory, but they're a faster way to
earn DNA if you manage to complete them. Please see the Side Quests
section of this guide for what's in stall for these missions. It's
recommended that you use side quests to build up a strong reserves of
DNAs now.

Once you've 250 DNAs, you can start the next mission. Unless you still
want to walk around to extract more DNA for future use, press start
and use the Return to Mothership option to, well, return to your
mothership.

Level completed!

======================================================================
3. MISSION 2: EARTH WOMEN ARE DELICIOUS!
======================================================================
Location: Rockwell

This mission introduces the concept of HoloBob and HypnoBlast, which
basically means to cloak yourself into human form and to hypnotize
respectively. To HoloBob, simply take aim at a human, and press the
circle button. To HypnoBlast, hold L1 to lock onto a human, then press
the square button. You will need to master these two controls to
complete this mission.

You begin this mission in the shadows near a fair. Your overall
objective is to infiltrate the fair and bring a dumb human back to the
saucer for interrogation. You will also need to reach the fair without
exposing your alien identity, which is why the need to HoloBob.

Walk towards the fair, which is located on your map as a pink dots
as usual. As you reach civilization, you will find people around.
Quickly HoloBob into any of them, then proceed to the fair.

NOTE: You use up a fair bit of concentration when you HoloBob, and
you will find your concentration quickly diminishing as you continue
to stay in human form. To overcome this problem, periodically do a
brain scan (Hold L1 + X) on any nearby humans to capture their
thoughts. Doing so will increase your concentration, thus allowing you
to stay in human form as long as you like.

Enter the fair now, and you will be informed of an objective to find
a victim to bring back to the saucer. You will have to do so by
scanning the brains of humans with a red cloud above them. These are
the mission-compulsory scans, so walk around looking for them, while
at the same time continously scan other brains to keep yourself in
human form.

Thankfully, there are only three of such scans, and the last one of
those is found near a tent in the middle of the fair. Enter it to find
your victim, Ms. Rockwell, a winner of the latest beauty pageant in
town! You're informed that Ms. Rockwell has the brain the size of a
peanut, so she will be an easy target to, er, target.

Ms. Rockwell is the one in a one-piece swimsuit prancing around on
stage in the tent. Go up to her, and HypnoBlast her. Just like
extracting a brain stem, it may take some time for the process to
complete, so be persistent.

NOTE: Make sure your concentration level is max when you begin to
hypnotize Ms. Rockwell. If not, you can either scan her brain, or the
compere on stage to regain concentration before proceeding to Holo-
Blast her.

After you successfully hynotize Ms. Rockwell, an option will appear on
screen to escort her to the saucer. Select the option and she will
begin to walk towards your saucer. Continue to scan her brain as you
follow her to keep your human form, and follow her until she reach the
saucer. Once both of you are at the saucer, you will see a cut-scene
as she's being questioned.

Now that you've done all the hard work, it's time to blast some
objects again. To cover your tracks, you will have to destroy the
fair! Enter your saucer, and prepare to destroy all thirteen objects
in the fair, which include the likes of a ferris wheel and all. The
fair will be protected by guns and what have you that surrond that
fair, so stay within the compound to avoid being fired at, then go
around destroying them the way you destroy the buildings in the last
mission.

When you're successful, return to your mothership to end this mission.
You'd have unlock upgrades for your Zap-O-Matic and your PK powers.
If you've enough DNA, buy both of them. The PK upgrade is compulsory
to buy, by the way, since you will need it to complete a future
mission. As usual, if you don't have enough DNA to buy these upgrades,
consider the side quests.

======================================================================

======================================================================
4. MISSION 3: CITIZEN CRYPTO
======================================================================
Location: Rockwell

You're still at Rockwell, so try to enjoy the place! There's also a
new meeting with some strange cows. Take note that in this mission,
you must also avoid being detected by the authorities. If you look at
the top middle on your screen, you should see the alert level that
you're causing. If it reaches the third level (military awareness),
your mission will fail, so use your HoloBob ability to keep in human
form all the time to prevent this from happening.

You begin in an area full of cows, again. But you'd notice that they
all have a strange green glow around them. Go up to any of them and
do a brain scan. Instead of "moo....", you now get "brainnnnssss...".
Now, something is going wrong here. You will be informed that some
scientists are experimenting on these poor cows. Your next objective
is, therefore, to seek vengeance for these cows by killing these
scientists.

There are three of them to kill, and they're all hidden near a truck,
bending down and "doing something" to cows. Just approach the area
and kill them all (and extract their brains stems if you want their
DNA). Take note that even though these scientists won't attack you,
the farmers nearby will. You may want to destroy them first before
making your move on the scientists.

When you successfully kill all the scientists, a cut-scene will show
as the mayor of Rockwell uncovers your plot and will now prepared to
address the inhabitants of Rockwell about you. Once the cut-scene
ends, you will have two minutes and thirty seconds (I think) to catch
up with him and stop him from doing what he wants to do.

The trick to finding him is to watch the cut-scene and, of course,
use the map. The cut-scene shows him running away in an area with a
banner, so if you find this area, you're pretty close. The area he's
in is actually not on the main road, but in a building within an
enclosed area. Enter this area to find a stage that he intends to
speak on, but he's nowhere to be found. Still, you can hear him
talking to someone else, which means he's definitely nearby.

NOTE: During this period when you're finding the mayor, remember to
HoloBob into human form and scan brains to keep up with your fake
appearance.

Ignore the stage for now, and instead walk around the building to the
back to find him talking to a policeman. If you want, you may PK the
policeman away, then quickly run after the scared mayor and HoloBob
into him. If you do this correctly, a cut-scene will follow, as the
mayor (that is, YOU!) goes up on stage and face a barrade of
questions.

The next part of the game is extremely hilarious. You will now have
to address the crowd, and responding to their questions is a tricky
business. You will have to avoid giving the wrong answers three times.
A right answer will win approval, and a wrong one will anger them and
subsequently causes you to fail the mission.

To address the crowd, you will be given choices of responses. Use the
following responses in the right sequence to progress:

- "Glowing is normal."
- "Blame Communism."
- "Act patriotic."
- "Threaten Communists."
- "Make empty promises."
- "Insult Santa Modesta."

NOTE: From now on, when you attempt to attack an area, at times, a
broadcast message will say that "... act of communism is detected at
...". It's really funny. :)

Once this is done, your mission ends. You will also unlock an upgrade
to your saucer, which is a prolonged death ray attack. Buy it if
you've enough DNA.

Level completed!

======================================================================
5. MISSION 4: ALIEN POOL PARTY
======================================================================
Location: Santa Modesta

New area! New beginning! But another brush with a mayor beckons!

Your first objective requires you to find the mayor of Santa Modesta.
Just like the objective at the fair, you will need to scan the brains
of humans who have a red cloud over them. But to do so, you'll have
to constantly remain in human form. If your identity gets revealed,
you may just fail the mission.

So, let's begin. HoloBob the first human you find, and go around town
finding people with the red cloud, while continuing to scan other
brains to keep in human form. Use the wooden signs around town that
look like this:

Pool Party -->
---------------
Meet the
        Mayor!

and following the arrows to find the location of the mayor. This could
take quite a while, so be patience and you should find him eventually.

When you find the mayor, quickly scan his brain until you get the cue
from Pox to destroy the place. To do this, you will need to kill eight
civilians. There's no time limit, but do this quickly to go into the
next objective, which requires you to take on the Santa Modesto police
force!

NOTE: Extract brain stems for DNA while you kill these people as you
go along.

Once the civilians are killed, you will get an upgrade from Pox, the
Disintegrator Ray! Seeing that you now have three weapons, remember to
use the R2 button to cycle which gun to use. You will need to use the
Disintegrator Ray to easily complete the next objective, which is to
reduce the police's strength by 50%.

NOTE: The Distintegrator Ray requires ammo to fire, and ammos are
readily scattered all around town. Just walk over those yellow dots
on the ground to pick up additional ammos.

A lot of policemen and cars will be around you for your taking, so if
you continuously hit anyone who comes along, you should complete this
objective in no time. Police cars take longer to destroy, so you may
simply want to disintegrate policemen, which takes a shot or two of
the Disintegrator Ray to kill.

Once done, the mission will end. Return to the mothership and prepare
for your next mission, or do the side quests are Santa Modesta to pick
up more DNAs.

======================================================================

======================================================================
6. MISSION 5: TELEVSIONS OF DOOM!
======================================================================
Location: Santa Modesta

You will be spending a fair bit of time at Santa Modesta, and this
will be only your second mission here.

In the beginning of this mission, you will overhear two Majestics
talking to each other. After the conversation, they will leave in a
black car to the TV station. Your objective is to destroy the car
before it reaches the station.

NOTE: If you haven't buy the PK upgrade mentioned earlier, please do
so now. Without it, you can't complete this mission.

From where you begin, follow the car up a slope. It will turn left.
You can actually destroy this car now. As it turns left, you can take
a short cut across a grass patch and use your jetpack to fly close to
it. Immediately hold L1 to lock onto it, then use your PK power to
lift it, and throw it onto the walls of a nearby building. This is
stop it momentarily, so repeat the process, lifting it against walls
or swinging it away onto the ground until you manage to overturn it.

NOTE: Overturning the car is important, because if it's not, it may
just continue driving away.

Now, as you've just done a gung-ho thing, your alert level would have
already risen. To avoid being attack, fly up onto a nearby roof, and
target the overturned car. Use the Disintegrator Ray on the car until
its "health bar" expires to complete this objective.

A briefcase will then appear over the car. Fly over and pick it up
to complete another objective.

Next, quickly HoloBob into a human and follow the pink dot on the
map to find the TV station. It's quite far away from here but it's not
difficult to find at all.

Once you step into the pink beam on the ground at the station, your
objective will be completed. The next objective is to find a guy
called Sleepy Ernst. He's indeed sleeping below a tree, just beside
his car. Scan his brain to learn about his evil plans to use TV to
capture the minds of audiences.

He must be destroyed! Simply PK him to kill him. Next, you will need
to destroy his car too. PK the car around, knocking it into walls or
ground until it explodes.

NOTE: Try to do so while in human form, scanning the brains of nearby
policemen to keep in shape. You won't want to fight these guys now
when you need to concentrate on PK-ing the car.

After the car is destroyed, you will have a new objective. Follow the
pink dot on the map to reach an area with a lot of houses. You will
need to "adjust" the TV antenna on the roof of these houses towards so
that they are bent towards your ship. The plan is to brainwash them
by sending alien signals to them via their TV.

You will have three minutes to bend nine antennas. Quickly jump onto
a roof and use the map to find the locations of these antennas. An
area with an antenna will also have a pink beam, so use that to find
them as well. To bend the antennas, hold L1 to lock onto them, and
hold the triangle button until you bend them. Fly from roof to roof
to complete this objective easily.

Once done, watch the cut-scene as brains begin to explode! Level
completed! You'd have unlock an upgrade to your Disintegrator Ray as
well!

======================================================================

======================================================================
7. MISSION 6: ALIENS STOLE MY BRAIN STEM!
======================================================================
Location: (Still) Santa Modesta

This mission has only two objectives, but they're a hell of trouble to
achieve.

After your last mission, several brain stems have popped out of
human heads, and Pox wants you to pick up these stems. There are a
total of twelve of these, and they are all marked on your map, as
usual. All of them are found in an area with a lot of houses, which is
the area where you bent the antennas, by the way. However, these stems
are now guarded by Majestics and several EMP Mines.

The Majestics are very tough enemies. They can see through your
HoloBob and atrack you even when you're in human form. Their guns are
also very powerful. Just one hit will reduce 3/4 of your health. Avoid
being hit by them, and if you get hit, quickly fly away and wait for
your health to regenerate before approaching them again.

The EMP Mines are also a nuisance. They will make your weapons and
jetpack useless, and make you a sitting duck for the Majestics to hit.
Avoid them at all cost.

The trick to complete this objective is to use the roof again. The
Majestics' aiming isn't too good, and you can use the roof as cover
to avoid their attacks. From the roof, hold L1 to lock onto EMP Mines,
the PK them away. Kill the Majestics with the Disintegrator Ray fromt
the roof and make sure that the area is clear before you jump down
again to collect a brain stem.

NOTE: The brain stems are also hard to find, because the pink beams
are not as obvious as in previous missions. You will have to be very
close to them before you can see the beams. Also, at times, a glitch
occurs when you can't find a stem when you're in an area indicated on
the map as having a stem. If it takes you too long to find it, you've
probably lose your chance. Restart the level to end the frustration.

Once you collect all twelve brain stems, you will have to collect
300 DNAs. This is another tedious task, since most brain stems that
you extract from humans have only 10 DNAs. Meanwhile, you will also
have to avoid being hit by the police and the dreaded Majestics. The
best way of doing this is to find Alien Probes instead of
painstakingly extracting DNAs from humans.

NOTE: Alien Probes are randomly located items in an area, and each
holds 75 DNAs. If you collect an probes in an area, you can unlock
some interesting bonuses. Santa Modesta itself has 50 such probes,
damn it! Alien Probes are not required for the completion of the game.

Once you collect 300 DNAs, return to your mothership to end the
mission.

======================================================================
8. MISSION 7: THIS ISLAND SUBURBIA
======================================================================
Location: Santa Modesta (damn!)

A tricky mission, this one is. Your first objective is to scan the
minds of four scientists to find out their evil plans. You will begin
on a beach. Walk straight ahead to reach the town and immediately
HoloBob into human form. You should now see four pink dots on your
map, which depict the locations of the scientists.

Instead of running around finding them, go to this place called the
Star Diner and wait for two of them to come by. An ice-cream truck
will soon arrive, and the first scientist will step out of it. Scan
him. Soon after, a second ice-cream truck will drop by. Do the same
for the scientist who step out.

NOTE: The scientists will have red cloud over them, as in all mission-
compulsory scans.

Next, go further to find a place called Cassidy's Diner. You should
find an ice-cream truck or two there. Walk behind the diner to find the
remaining two scientists. Scan them to complete the objective.

NOTE: Depending on how fast you complete the first two scans at Star
Diner, you may only find one scientist at Cassidy's. No worries though
as the last one will arrive soon after for you to scan.

Walk back to your saucer now and enter it to begin the next objective.
This requires you to destroy both Star Diner and Cassidy's Diner, as
well as the Majestics who escape from them. Move your saucer near them
and first destroy the buildings with the death ray. As a building
collapse, the Majestics inside will run out. Take them out as well.

Your extravagant way of doing things will alert the authorities.
Reinforcement will arrive at the scene, marked as usual as pink dots
on your map. Avoid their attacks and destroy them all.

NOTE: If your saucer is hit, it will suffer a drop in health. To
recuperate, find a green saucer icon and move over it. The green icons
replenish your saucer's health.

Once done, Pox will instruct you to abduct a Majestic, otherwise known
as a G-Men, for interrogation. This is quite a tough objective. You
can do it either in your saucer or in alien form, but since you're
already in the saucer, you might as well carry on in it.

The G-Men to abduct is marked on your map. He's in the middle part
of the town, near the city hall. He's also heavily protected by a
host of anti-aircraft weapons. When you try to approach him, be
prepared for an avalanche of attacks on you. If you don't want to die
without knowing why, use the following trick.

Instead of approaching the G-Men directly, slowly approach the anti-
aircraft weapons. Of course, they will start shooting at you, but you
can also start firing at them with your death ray, and quickly fly
away to avoid their attacks. Do so a few times to destroy one weapon,
then move on to the next. It helps to destroy the buildings surronding
the G-Men so that you can see these weapons clearly.

Patience will reap its rewards, because the more weapons you destroy,
the easier it will be for you to abduct the G-Men. When you're quite
confident of going in, quickly switch the death ray to the abducto-ray
with the R2 button. Hold R2 to activate the abducto-ray, then close in
on the G-Men until you're above him. Once the abducto-ray captures
him, you will see him being lifted in mid air. Quickly move your
saucer away. He will be dragged away together with the saucer.

After this, it will be easy! Just return to the place that you began,
which is on the beach, and release R2 to drop the G-Men down. Next,
land your saucer to end this objective. A cut-scene will play, as a
cool interrogation scene will occur. You will get information from the
guy, which will bring you out of Santa Modesta (finally), and back to
Rockwell.

Level completed! You will unlock a new upgrade to your Zap-O-Matic.
This one will now extend the shooting range to two persons. Very
useful if you want to do side quests that involve killing several
objects in a short period of time.

======================================================================
9. MISSION 8: TEENAGE ZOMBIES FROM OUTER SPACE!
======================================================================
Location: (Back to) Rockwell

You will catch a glimpse of Silhouette, the mysterious leader of the
G-Men. You won't be doing anything with him at the moment though,
so just keep him in mind. He does look a little like Kroenen from
Hell Boy, but he's not actually a he... ah crap.

The Majestics are now planning to brainwash humans with the use of
movies. Approach the movie drive-in in town by going straight ahead
from where you begin. As you approach, you may want to do the gung-ho
thing again by killing everyone there and extracting their brain stems
along the way. Your main targets, however, are the three G-Men at a
building at the drive-in. The building is very close to a projector,
which is in turn directly opposite the big screen showing the movie.
Kill all three G-Men with your Disintegrator Ray.

NOTE: The audiences at the drive-in are all so captivated by the show
that they remain motionless, making them good targets to extract DNA
from. Get as many as you want.

Once this is done, your next objective is to capture the Furon Film.
Go to the back of the big screen at the drive-in to find a path leading
over to more enemies. You should find the beloved pink beam
prominently as you continue towards this area, and you should find the
film in a heap of junk. Pick it up, and quickly return to the big
screen at the drive-in, then go towards the projector. When you go
close enough to the projector, a cut-scene will show you loading the
film and playing the Furon movie. Enjoy the movie!

The last objective for this mission is to simply protect the projector
for two minutes. G-Men will appear and will try to destroy it, so be
vigilant. As bad as it sounds, this is actually quite a simple task to
do, because the G-Men won't come swarming in groups. Instead, the most
you'd see is two of them attacking the projector, making it easy to PK
them away. Just do it for two minutes and you're done.

NOTE: There's a health bar on the top left corner, just below your
concentration bar, to show the "health" of the projector. Once it
reaches zero, the mission will fail. Also, note that the G-Men will
at you from all angles, so be prepared to turn around to take out
those who "came from behind", however crude that sounds.

Level completed! You will also get a new upgrade for your saucer's
death ray, as well as unlock a a film clip from an old cheesy sci-fi
movie!

======================================================================

======================================================================
10. MISSION 9: SOUTH BY SOUTHWEST
======================================================================
Location: (Oh GOd!) Santa Modesta

You will be back at good old Santa Modesta for this mission. Take
that.

This is a rather fun mission in my opinion, because you will get to
kick the asses of the Majestics/ G-Men. A lot. But you will begin with
the simple task of taking down 10 vehicles. Any vehicles will do, so
just do it. Your task is made simpler by Pox, who gives you the Ion
Detonator in the beginning. You can hold a maximum of five detonators
only though, so pick up the replacements that are scattered all over
town if you run out of supplies.

NOTE: The Ion Detonators allow you to take out a normal vehicle at one
go! To use it, cycle to equip using R2, then go near to a car and press
L1 to place it. Quickly walk away and press L1 again to detonate it.
Majestic vehicles take two hits of this to be taken down though.

After you destroy 10 vehicles, your alert level should have reach
Majestic Level, which means tons of Majestics will attack you. You
will need to inflict $20,000 worth of damages on these fellas. Kill
a G-Men for a $450 damage, or destroy a Majestic car for a cool $4,500
damage! Cycle between the Disintegrator Ray and the Ion Detonators for
maximum effect. Run around town to find ammos if needed, and lay low to
regenerate health if you're hit. Once you're successful with this
objective, head back to your saucer.

Enter your saucer now to be given the Sonic Boom. This is another
powerful weapon that is very useful in destroying buildings. As usual,
use R2 to cycle and R1 to use.

NOTE: The Sonic Boom requires ammos, and replacement ammos are not
immediately noticeable. When you run out, use the death ray to melt
down buildings. Certain buildings will leave behind Sonic Boom ammos.

When on your saucer, you must now go to the motel area and destroy all
the buildings marked with a pink beam. The Sonic Boom will help.
The usual way anti-aircraft weapons will be your main hindrance, so
make sure your avoidance skill is good. Destroy all buildings to
complete this mission.

======================================================================
11. MISSION 10: FOREIGN CORRESPONDENT
======================================================================
Location: Santa Modesta (Yawn)

An easy mission. Your aim is to find a guy called Bert Wither, who
can help you to gain control of the planet via the use of TV. The
intro will show a hospital earthling who can help you find Wither.
When the game begins, quickly HoloBob into this guy, and scan his
brain for information. The scan is compulsory since he has a red cloud
over him.

He will start to run away after each scan, so follow him each time
he does that, and continue to scan his brain to keep your disguise. At
the end of the stop-run-stop-run process, you will reach an area where
you will find a cook. This is Wither's cook, who is the only person
who can get close to Wither. Change back to alien form without the cook
noticing, then quickly HoloBob him. Scan his mind to ensure full
concentration if necessary, then begin to hypnotize him.

While hynotizing him, a command which says something like "delivering
food to Bert Wither" will appear. Select that and the cook will start
running to where Wither is. Follow him.

As you approach to Wither's location, your disguise will almost
certainly be busted, because the place is littered with G-Men! Wither
is inside a cave that is guarded by forcefields. You can't fly over,
and hitting the forcefields reduces your health. As you begin to
wonder how do you get around this barrier, Pox will tell you to look
for something that controls these fields. This something is basically a
tower that is near to the cave. Destroy it with whatever weapon you see
fit, and the forcefields will go down. Enter the cave to trigger a
cut-scene.

NOTE: While finding the tower and destroying it, be prepared to avoid
the attacks of G-Men too. Those bastards!

Once you regain control. HoloBob into Wither, then begin to hypnotize
him.A command that says something like "return to saucer" will appear,
so use it and Wither will start running to your saucer. Follow him
then while continuing to scan him to keep in human form. Of course, if
you bump into G-Men again, you will have to fight a little, but I find
that the best way to deal with them is simply to run away. There's no
point risking death now, when the end of the mission is so close.

When Wither reaches your saucer, the mission will be completed. You
will also unlock a new upgrade for your saucer.

======================================================================

======================================================================
12. MISSION 11: SUBURB OF THE DAMNED
======================================================================
Location: Santa Modesta (is it over yet?)

You will only have one objective in this mission, but it will be a
tough nut to crack. After successfully abducting Bert Wither in the
previous mission, you've successfully brainwashed him to address the
people on TV. However, the authorities will try all ways and means to
prevent him from doing that. To do so, they will attempt to destroy
the two towering transmission... towers in Santa Modesta.

By protecting the tower, it means to remove any attackers on it, be it
soldiers, trucks and, worst, tanks. The two towers will be prominently
marked on your map, but the game will give you a headstart by starting
the level just beside the towers.

Of course, you can always protect the tower in alien form, but that
would be suicidal. The soliders and trucks are manageable, but it gets
tougher when the tanks arrive. One hit from the tank and you're as
good as gone, and a similar hit on a tower brings forth much damage.
Even if you can successfully hold on until the cut-scene, you will
still have to face one more demon after that, the robots!

So, my advice is, use your saucer! When the level begins, instead of
running to the towers, turn around to find your saucer, and use it.
Once you enter the saucer, move towards the area with the two towers.
You will notice that the tanks arrive very quickly, and, instead of
destroying the towers, they will actually focus their attention on
your saucer. From here, simply avoid their attacks, then counter with
a well-placed Sonic Boom to remove the threat. Repeat the process
until a cut-scene is shown.

NOTE: By channeling attention towards you, the major threat of the
tank attacking the towers are nullified. True, soliders will still
continue to attack the towers, but their firepower is limited, and
it's entirely possible that despite their relentless attacks, both the
towers didn't even lose much "health".

After the cut-scene, the robots will start attacking you as well.
While they're very difficult to kill when you're in alien form, a
well-placed death ray is good enough to toast them. You only need to
kill a handful of them and Wither will conclude his speech for you
to successfully complete this mission.

Level completed! Ion Detonator upgrade unlocked!

======================================================================

======================================================================
13. MISSION 12: WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CRYPTO-136?
======================================================================
Location: Area 42

This area requires 1,000 DNAs to unlock, so if you didn't have enough,
go do some side quests for quick DNAs. The Farmland Fiasco side quest
at Turnipseed Farm is ideal for fast DNAs-earning.

Once you've enough DNA, invade this mission. You will begin in a
mysterious dessert area that houses several military bases. Your first
objective will be to recover five parts of Furon Technology. The
locations of all five are prominently marked on your map, so there
shouldn't be any problem finding them. However, since Area 42 has
heavy military and Majestics presence, it's advisable not to blow
your cover too quickly to incur unnecessary fights.

Walk forward from where you begin to find a few soliders. HoloBob into
any of them, and walk towards the first part. A scientist will be
around, so scan his brain to maximize concentration, then hypnotize
him to distract the people around him. Quickly return to alien form
and pick up the part, then HoloBob back to anyone around.

Continue following the pink spots on the map to find the other
parts. From now on, the parts will be guarded by G-Men, so there's
no point disguising. PK them away as you approach the parts and pick
them up.

Once you successfully pick up the five parts, you will have a new
objective to enter the Majestic HQ. As usual, follow the pink spot
on the map. Once you enter, you will be informed to rescue Crypto-136.

The location of Crypto-136 is also marked on your map. He's within a
round building, so don't worry if you can't find a straight path to
him. Simply follow the outline of the building until you find a door
with a forcefield. Use the Ion Detonator to remove the forcefield. You
may also want to PK those nearby EMP Mines away.

When you enter the room, a cut-scene will show, and you will find out
that Crypto-136 was already dead. When the game resumes, use your
Disintegrator Ray to destroy all traces of Furon, which includes only
two objects. A data tape will in the room. Pick it up.

You will now have to go back to your saucer. My suggestion is to get
out of this place quickly. On your way back, you may encounter many
attacks. Be singled-minded - avoid the fights and concentrate on
getting back to your saucer ASAP.

As you approach the saucer, you may find from afar that enemies are
lurking nearby. You can't enter your saucer when enemies are around,
so take cover and sneak to the tanks first, and use the Ion Detonator
on them. Once the tanks are down, take out the trucks, than the G-Men
and soliders to clear the area. Once the enemies around your saucer
are swept away, you can enter your saucer to finally complete this
mission.

You will unlock a new PK upgrade. This one allows you to PK tanks
(woohoo!) and robots (yee-hah!). This upgrade is a GOOD BUY, BEST BUY,
MUST-BUY!

======================================================================

======================================================================
14. MISSION 13: THE MUTANT MENACE
======================================================================
Location: Area 42

In this mission, you will need to return to the place where you found
the data tape from Crypto-136's remains. Like the previous mission,
this is another multiple objectives adventure that may take up a lot
of your time if you didn't know what to do. Follow the instructions
here to breeze through this easily.

First and foremost, use the marker on your map to return to the base.
As usual, avoid fighting as much as possible, and try to PK enemies
blocking you instead. When you reach the entrace to the room that you
found the data tape, you will find that the door is opened, with no
forcefield protecting it.

Good. Enter right away to find several boxes and an EMP Mine. PK all
these away. When you PK the boxes away, health and ammos pick-ups will
be revealed. A scientist who is hiding behind the boxes will also
make an appearance. You will need this scientist to disabling a
forcefield on the second floor, so hynotize him until you get the
command for him to do so.

NOTE: You can ignore him and use the Ion Detonator to break the
forcefield, like before, but hynotizing saves you one ammo. Also, you
still have the luxury of time now to do this, unlike in the earlier
mission when you've a lot of enemies around you.

I mentioned a second floor earlier. You will find a staircase in this
room leading up to the second floor. Use it to go up, then turn around
to reach that said door with the forcefield. Once the field is gone,
use R2 to cycle and equip the Ion Detonator, and walk straight until
the room on the other side. Use the staircase there to go down, and
you will immediately find two mutants there.

These mutants disable your concentration level completely. You will
need to take them out. Quickly go towards them and use the Ion
Detonator on them. If done correctly, one detonator is enough to kill
one of them. Dispose them ASAP.

Once the mutants have been killed, look around to find two large
mainframe computers in this room. Equip the Disintegrator Ray and
shoot at them. Each computer takes four hits to waste if you're using
the Disintegrator Ray.

Now, go up the stairs and return to the room where you PK-ed the boxes
earlier, and pick up whatever refills you need. Majestics will begin
to enter this room now and attack you. Kill them quickly and leave the
room.

You will now be tasked to destroy the Majestic Base, and you can do
that by destroying the four tesla coils that are situated at the four
corners of this base. As usual, they're marked on the maps. Go to each
of them and destroy them. My suggestion is two Ion Detonators to
lower the "health" of each coil to about 1/4, then shoot them with the
Disintegrator Ray.

It's not going to be easy destroying these four coils, since you will
be heavily attacked by soliders, Majestics, trucks, tanks AND robots.
If your health is low, jump behind a coil to wait and heal. Also, use
your new PK upgrade to PK the tanks and robots away without taking
them head on.

Once you successfully destroy the four coils, fly back to your saucer.
You will now give these dudes a taste of death! Once you enter your
saucer, you will need to destroy all the buildings marked in pink on
your map. The good thing is, the anti-aircraft weapons have already
been disable after you busted their tesla coils, but tanks and robots
can still damage you. So, quickly finish off the buildings to end the
mission.

======================================================================

======================================================================
15. MISSION 14: DUCK AND COVER
======================================================================
Location: Area 42

Your aim in this mission is to steal a nuclear weapon and escort it
to an airbase, then detonate it. The first thing to do is to find
the weapon, which is basically an atomic bomb. The location is marked
on your map, so go towards there. Along the way, you will find some
soliders,so HoloBob into any of them.

NOTE: The game doesn't tell you now, but you will need to do this
level without police alert, which is HoloBob-ing is definitely a must.

As you approach the area, you will eventually be blocked by a fence.
Change back to alien form and fly over the fence. Once you fly over,
the game will tell you to do this mission without police alert, so use
the planes here to take cover, and walk around to find a solider to
HoloBob to.

After you change into human form, walk towards the pink marker on
the map. You will find a soldier with a red cloud above you, standing
beside a truck. This is the truck with the atomic bomb! Scan the
guy's brain to maintain concentration, then quickly hynotize him.
Turns out that he's the driver of the truck too, and you will see a
command to get him to drive the truck away.

Your objective is now to escort the truck to the airbase. Remember to
keep in human form, and follow the truck. Your first obstacle is a
gate. Find a switch to the right of the gate, lock onto it to get a
"Use" option, and use it. The gate will open for the truck to pass.

Continue to follow the truck until it's blocked by another truck and
some soldiers. Scan these soliders to remain in human form, and PK
the truck away so that your truck can carry on.

NOTE: If the soliders happen to block the your truck, PK them away
as well.

Along the way, you will encounter more obstacles in the form of cows,
rocks and what have you. When the truck reached an area blocked by
three road blocks, don't remove the blocks first. There are actually
land mines behind, so change back to alien form, and equip your
Zap-O-Matic. Go towards these land mines and activate them by shooting
them from a distance.

NOTE: As you're in the process of shooting the landmines, soldiers
will attack you, but the attention is too minor to reach police alert,
so no worries.

When the landmines are gone, HoloBob into a solider, and PK any other
soldier away. Quickly return to the truck and PK the road blocks away
as well. The truck can now move on. Follow it again.

As you continue, you will find soliders to scan to keep up with your
disguise. Follow the truck until you reach the airbase. A fence and
three road blocks are in the way. Don't remove the blocks. Instead,
quietly sneak to the left, make sure that no one is looking, and
change back to alien form. Jump and fly over the fence. Use the planes
and buildings to take cover until you find a solider to HoloBob into.
Next, then approach the switch near the fence and use it. PK the road
blocks away too, and the truck will move on.

Follow it until it stops. This is when the bomb is activated! Enemies
will try and destroy it. Scientists will try to disarm it. You will
have one minute and thirty seconds to play with, but only thirty
seconds of this time is required for "protecting" the bomb. PK anyone
near it until Pox gives you the instruction to take cover. Run for
your live, as far as possible!

NOTE: You can fly over a small mountain to the side of the base to
take cover, or simply race back to your saucer.

When the time expires, the bomb will explode. Watch the cut-scene,
plus level completed!

======================================================================

======================================================================
16. MISSION 15: IT'S A WONDERFUL ARMAGEDDON
======================================================================
Location: Santa Modesta

The dreaded Santa Modesta will meet its end in this mission. You've
only one objective, and that is to obliterate all fifteen buildings
in this town. Pox will give you the most powerful weapon for your
saucer, the Quantum Deconstructor! One hit, and a building is gone!
Extremely useful in this mission, as well.

Take note that when you attack the buildings, you will be heavily
attacked as well. The usual dodge and counter strategy works very
well here. YOu will also be ably assisted by a generous respawn of
health and ammos pick-ups. Problem is, you can only hold a maximum of
two miserable Quantum Deconstructor at one time, so you will need to
keep restocking. Take your time with the kill though, and you should
clear this mission pretty easily.

======================================================================

======================================================================
17. MISSION 16: FURON DOWN!
======================================================================
Location: Union Town

Furon Down? This doesn't sound good. You will begin the level under
human captivity. You've lost your weapons, your jetpack and even your
saucer! The entire mission will therefore be spent recovering these
items, as well as punishing the offendor.

Your first objective is to escape from the humans. There are three
humans in the room you begin with, a scientist and two Majestics.
Hypnotize the scientist and get him to "turn off the cage". He will do
so and shut down the forcefield that is guarding you. Hypnotize him
for a second time, this time asking him to "sleep". One down.

HoloBob into the scientist, then approach the Majestics without them
noticing you, and quickly hypnotize one of them to do a distraction.
Sneak past both of them when they were busy with their monkey show.

You will now need to find your gun. The location is marked on the
map as a pink dot. When you reach there, you will find some workers
surronding the weapon. Hypnotize one of them to distract, change back
to alien form, and pick up the gun. A cut-scene will show.

The gun, sadly, is missing its clip. No worries though, as it will now
be marked on the map, and it's very near to where you're. Go to the
place to find the power cell behind a metal box that has a yellow
warning triangle on it. You will resume communication with Pox from
now on.

Pox informs you that you will need to find your saucer quickly. Go
around this place to scan the workers here to keep up with your human
form, and look out for three of these workers that have red clouds
over them. If you successfully scan their brains, the location of the
man who could bring you to your saucer will be on the map.

NOTE: These three workers are scattered, and at times, when you're
finding them, you may come across Majestics who can bust your
disguise. Approach with extreme care.

The man who could lead you to your saucer is a barge driver. Go to
where he is on the map to find him, but he will ask you for a password
when you attempt to start a conversation with him. This is when you
should remember the contents of one of your earlier brain scans in
this mission - one of the three workers minds will keep saying
"Marilyn, Marilyn, Marilyn". This is actually a password that you will
need to use. Yes, "Marilyn". Choose this option and the barge driver
will give you a lift to an island that houses your saucer.

Once you're there, go towards the area on your map that has the mark
of your saucer, while scanning brains along the way to keep up with
your disguise. When you reach the place eventually, however, Pox will
tell you that the humans have removed your saucer to elsewhere. This
new area is very close to where you're, and will be marked as a pink
dot on the map.

When you reach this area, you should find plenty of workers there.
Hynotize a worker, and issue the command to "free the ship". Watch a
cut-scene as he unveils your saucer.

It's not over yet though! Your saucer has no power cells, and you will
need to recover all six pieces to it. But before you do that, it's
time to regain your jetpack. It's marked on your map as well, so go
there quickly to finally restore your power to fly.

The six power cells are all marked out on the map. The first two cells
are near to where you found your saucer and jetpack. Follow the dots
on the map to find them behind some crates that marked "UFO".

The next four cells are up on a container ship some distance away.
When you follow the dots on the map, you will find yourself facing
the sea. Nevertheless, there are small stations on the sea for you to
fly to. Fly from station to station until the ship is in sight. Fly
over to it and start finding the cells.

NOTE: There are a lot of Majestics here, as well as gun stations. But
you will get to pick up health and ammo refills easily, so just blast
your way through.

Once you recover all six cells, backtrack to your saucer in the same
way that you came here. When you approach the saucer, you should find
a robot heading your way. The best way to deal with it is to simply
PK it away. Quickly enter the saucer to begin the last objective of
this mission - destroy them all!

There are plenty of objects to destroy, but their "health" are low
and are easily disposed off. Just avoid the usual anti-aircraft
attacks and follow the pink dots on the map to find what to destroy.
Once you destroy the final object the mission will end.

You'd have unlocked another movie clip, as well as a Quantum
Deconstrutor upgrade!

======================================================================

======================================================================
18. MISSION 17: MR CRYPTO GOES TO CAPITOL CITY
======================================================================
Location: Capitol City

The plot thickens, as Pox discovered some on-goings at a "civilian
facility known as the White House". You will need to inflitrate the
White House and find out what's going on there. Unfortunately, you
will also have to do it without triggering military alert, so once
again, you will have to spend most of your time in this mission in
human form.

Your first objective simply requires you to go to the White House.
Head towards the pink dot on the map and HoloBob the first human you
see. There will be plenty of humans along the way for you to keep up
with your disguise, so keep scanning brains as you go. Of course, you
will also need to avoid getting too close to Majestics, if you happen
to see any. I trust that by now, you should already know that, and I
won't mention it again.

Once you reach the White House, Pox will inform you about a group of
scientists coming out from the building. One of them has a red cloud
over them. Scan his brain for information. The scientist will reveal
some juicy bits about General Armquist, your arch-nemesis. I haven't
exactly mention him in this guide until now, but you'd have already
seen him in earlier missions. You will also get a pass word "blue
rider" from the scan. Keep this in mind.

Your next task is to follow the scientist whom you've just scanned.
You will need to follow him around, and you will still have to
continuously brain scan, so it's quite a chore. To make it easier,
just keep on scanning the scientist's brain to maintain concentration.
Eventually, he will bring you to Armquist's HQ, the Octagon!

You will need to get into the HQ, and here's where "blue rider" comes
in handy. Give this to the solider at the front gate of the HQ through
conversation, and you will gain access.

Your next task is to find Armquist himself, but you've a problem. His
location will not be marked on the map. Worst still, you now have to
avoid police alert as well. Good luck... but anyhow, Armquist is near
a helicopter in this area, so find the helicopter, and you should be
able to find him. Watch the cut-scene of Silhouette talking to
Armquist.

Your objectives at the White House are completed, so head back to your
saucer. You've to, anyhow, because Pox will now inform you that some
pesky humans are trying to steal your saucer! You will have three
minutes and twenty seconds to get back to the saucer and remove those
meatbags, or all the good work you've done so far will be going right
down the drain.

Thankfully, all alert constraints have been removed now, so just
race back to the saucer ASAP. The journey back will be a tough one,
as every enemy you know will be hell bent on stopping you. I mean,
even the mutants! Keep in mind that your objective is to get back to
the saucer, so even when you've to fight, use PK to remove objects
blocking you and don't bother looking back. Single-mindedness and a
little bit of luck go a long way.

When you (finally) reach the saucer, you will need to clear the
area of enemies. First and foremost, remove the EMP Mines. Then,
equip your Disintegrator Ray and send those enemies to their maker.
Once you're sure that the area is clear, quickly go under the saucer
and press X to enter.

Level completed, only just!

For all your endeavour, Pox has a new Ion Detonator upgrade for you.

======================================================================

======================================================================
19. MISSION 18: ARMQUIST VS THE FURONS!
======================================================================
Location: Union Town

Another mission that involves Armquist, and another mission that
requires no military alert. Damn! Begin by changing into human form
at the first opportunity, then follow Armquist's car. The usual brush
with Majestics will almost certainly happen, so be prepared for some
panicky moments. Keep following until you reach the destination.

It seems that Armquist is here for a meeting. You will now need to
infiltrate the meeting. Check your map for the location of the person
you need to approach to help you achieve this task. He's actually
the Navy Chief, and he's surrounded by G-Men and robots. You may want
to PK these into the water before approaching the Navy Chief.

Your hynotizing skills come into play now, as you put the guy to
sleep. HoloBob into him, then go to the location of the meeting to
trigger a cut-scene. This is similar to an earlier part of the game
where you impersonated the mayor of Rockwell. You will also get to
answer questions again, and here are the responses:

- "Blame rowdy kids."
- "Did you catch the assassin?"

Next up, the Armquist Attack! This is just like a "boss fight" you
get from other video games, and it could be quite tough if you're
too caught up with his appearance - he now decks himself in a robotic
suit! He will shoot from his hands, as well as launch missiles at you.
Avoidance is the best way to, er, avoid his attacks.

Launch your own attack by placing Ion Detonators on him. The upgraded
detonators will come in handy now. Just keep feeding him the detonators
while avoiding his attacks until he expires.

Once you beat Armquist, a cut-scene will show. You will get a new
PK upgrade, which allows your concentrate for a longer period of time.
About time, man.

======================================================================

======================================================================
20. MISSION 19: THE LONE GUNMAN
======================================================================
Location: Capitol City

In this mission, you assasinate the President! The first thing to do,
however, is to HoloBob into any human, since you've to do this without
triggering military alert. Go towards the area marked with the pink
dot of your map once this is done.

You will find yourself back to the White House again, and one of those
cars will have a pink beam above it. This will be the President's car.
Follow the car while avoiding Majestics.

At the end of the tailgating, you will find that this whole thing is
just a trap to lure you into submission! Majestics and soliders appear
everywhere and will attempt to kill you, so quickly equip your weapons
and destroy all humans who has a pink beam above them. After killing
them, robots will appear. The best way to remove them, as I mentioned
before, is to simply PK them away. This makes all the more sense now
that you've an upgraded concentration bar.

As you kill off enough enemies, Pox will come in with a message about
the location of the President. Just follow the pink dot on your map
again to find him on a stage near the White House. Beware of the tons
of enemies here, including soliders, Majestics and even those pesky
mutants. You will have one minute and fourty seconds to find him and
kill him. When you do so, just PK him and throw him away for the kill.

Once you kill the President, Pox will inform you that your saucer is
under attack, again! You should really do something about hiding it
properly in future! Quickly race back to your saucer to find Majestics
all over. You will only have one minute and fourty seconds to return
to your saucer, so ignore the distractions along the way. Once you're
at the saucer, clear the area by killing the Majestics, then at the
first opportunity, enter the saucer to end the mission.

Level completed! You will unlock the final upgrade for your first ever
weapon, the Zap-O-Matic. Have you forgotten about it already?

======================================================================

======================================================================
21. MISSION 20: THE FURON FILIBUSTER
======================================================================
Location: Capitol City

This is a comparatively easier mission than the previous one, but you
will have a lot of running around to do. With the President dead,
the senators at the White House are planning to vote for a new one.
They have to reach the Captiol Building to vote though, and your aim
is to stop them from entering!

The whole mission will be done at this location, so quickly approach
the pink beam at the entrance of the building, and turn around to face
a sea of senators running towards you. PK them, shoot them with your
Disintegrator, whatever! Just don't let anyone go past you. A counter
will appear on the top-right corner of your screen showing 0/20. If
any senator gets past you, the counter will increase. If the counter
reaches 20, you fail the mission.

Matters are made worse when the usual enemies appear to stop you.
Remove them as quickly as possible, then concentrate on the stopping
the senators again. When you've done enough, the senators will now
try to enter from the side of the building. Quickly go over there and
repeat the same process.

Again, after a while, the senators will decide to enter via the front,
yet again. Go back there and do the same thing until no more senators
are in sight.

NOTE: If the mission doesn't end now, go around to see if there's any
enemy that you haven't kill. It could simply be a half dead human or
a half damaged vehicle that is preventing the mission from completing.

Level completed! Upgrade for Disintegrator Ray unlocked!

======================================================================
22. MISSION 21: SHOCKING DEVELOPMENTS
======================================================================
Location: Capitol City

This is the penultimate mission of the game, and it will require you
to go around destroying 14 tesla coils in Capitol City. The locations
of all these coils are marked on your map, so just to them one by one
and destroy them with the Ion Detonator-Disintegrator Ray combination.
To avoid coming under heavy fire during the transit from one coil to
another, you may want to HoloBob into human form.

After destroying a few coils, Pox will inform you that some scientists
are also present in the city. You will need to destroy them as well,
since if given time, they will rebuild destroyed coils. There's no
need to specifically hunt them down, but if you see one, just kill
them. You can also hynotize them to overload the coils, but why waste
time when you can just hit the coils with your weapons?

Once you destroy all the coils and scientists, the mission will end.
You will find two final upgrades - one for the Ion Detonator, and one
for the Quantum Deconstructor. If you need DNAs, go some side quests
at Turnipseed Farm or Rockwell.

======================================================================

======================================================================
23. MISSION 22: ATTACK OF THE 50 FOOT PRESIDENT!
======================================================================
Location: Capitol City

The finale! A tough battle against Silhouette and her (yes, her) giant
robotic pet, Roboprez, will be the highlight of this level, but first,
you will need to go to the Capitol Building yet again. From where you
begin, go straight to reach there.

Once you reach, a cut-scene will follow. You will learn more about
Silhouette, so much so that you will even find out that "he's" a
"chick"! She will also tell you how she killed Crypto-136. Revenge!
Revenge! Revenge!

Before you can take Silhouette on, however, she introduces you to
Roboprez. This dude is HUGE. You can't possibly take it on on foot, so
quickly return to your saucer and enter it for the fight.

The battle against Roboprez will be tough. The anti-aircraft weapons
in Capitol City are also not very kind towards you, making it all
the more difficult to complete this objective. When Roboprez gets hit,
it will move around the city, and if you simply follow it blindly,
you will be greeted with more anti-aircraft weapons.

My suggestion is that you quickly find out where these weapons are,
and destroy them first. There's no time limit for this objective, and
Roboprez's location is always marked on the mark. It can run, but it
can't hide. If you spend time destroying as many anti-craft weapons as
possible, you will inevitably lower Roboprez's resistance.

Health and ammos pick-ups are scattered around town, and if you run
out of them, you can always try your luck by destroying buildings.
Roboprez itself has some tricks up it's sleeves. Avoid it's missiles
as much as possible, because they deals a lot of damage to you. When
you counter, the upgraded Quantum Deconstructor would be your best bet
in dealing damage to it.

So, this is basically it. Destroy anti-aircraft weapons, avoid the
attacks, and send Quantum Deconstructor at it. It may take some time,
but you should eventually take it down.

Once Roboprez is disposed, you will need to head to The Octagon, which
is where Silhouette is. When you reach there, land the saucer. It's
time to fight Silhouette. In comparison to Roboprez, she's an easier
opponent. The Ion Detonator-Disintegrator Ray combo works well again,
but take note that when she takes enough hit, she will surround herself
with a bullet-proof shield and recharge. You will then have to damage
her again. While it's frustrating to see her heal after spending so
much ammos on her, take heart that after a few charges, she will lose
the energy to recharge again. This is the time to finish her off.

Silhouette's defence against you is what you've been dealing with so
far - soliders, Majestics, robots, mutants... They're quite a bother,
making the task of attacking Silhouette a little tougher. Still, by
now, you should be quite good at dealing with them, so just treat them
as a distraction. When Silhouette is recharging, kill off them of
these to ease yourself, so that when she finishes, you can immediately
attack her again, knowing that some enemies are already down and can't
distract you.

Once Silhouette is down, you win!

Now, if you're looking to complete 100%, it's time to go look for
Alien Probes. You can only complete 100% when you find all probes, a
task which I didn't really bother.

Which is why there's no Alien Probe section in this guide!

24. SIDE QUESTS
======================================================================
This section details all the side quests in the various areas that
you will invade in the game. To play a side quest, simply look for
golden beams that are scattered all over an area. Step onto any of
these beams, and you will be told that you can enter the particular
side mission. Enter to check out the requirements, and begin if you
want to do it.

You can redo each side quest to harvest more DNA, but the requirement
for each repetition will be stricter. This section will list only the
initial requirement.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
a. Turnipseed Farm Side Quests
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The side quests found at Turnipseed Farm as as follows (listed in
alphabetical order):

Armageddon
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Destroy all Buildings in 3:00.
Subsequent Requirements:
Reward: 200 DNAs.
How to do it: Head for your saucer, enter, and move around to find
buildings marked with a pink dot on your map. Use your death ray to
destroy them. You will need to avoid the attacks of anti-aircraft
devices.

Farmland Fiasco
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Kill six farmers in 1:30.
Reward: 200 DNAs.
How to do it: Head towards the field near the start point to find a
truck and at least two farmers there. Go to the field next to find the
rest. Use PK and Zap-O-Matic liberally.

NOTE: This is one of the easiest side quests for multi-DNAs hunting.
The farmers respawn very quickly, making it entirely possible to
achieve the final goal of 20 farmers in 1:30 with time to spare. If
you achieve the 20 farmers in 1:30 target, you can redo it for 300
DNAs per turn. This is about 1,000 DNAs every five odd minutes.

Rural Race
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Race from Checkpoint to Checkpoint in 2:00.
Reward: 175 DNAs.
How to do it: Run/ fly to the place marked with a pink dot on your
map. When you reach there, another pink dot will appear elsewhere.
Run/ fly there. Repeat process until you can "race to the finish".

Turnipseed Terror
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Collect four brain stems in 2:00.
Reward: 150 DNAs.
How to do it: Two or three humans can be immediately found near to
the start point, just beside a push cart. If you've the Anal Probe,
use it to hit them. Their brain stems will pop up for collection.
Next, walk along the mud path that the push cart is on for a distance,
then return to the push cart to find that the humans have respawn.
Extract their brain stems. Repeat process.

My favorite side quest is Farmland Fiasco, for its cold-blooded
blatantness. It's also easy to achieve since the farmers who're killed
will respawn quickly, without you having to run around looking for
additional ones to kill.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
b. Rockwell Side Quests
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The following are the side quests you can do at Rockwell (listed in
alphabetical order):

Armageddon
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Destroy all Buildings in 3:00.
Reward: 200 DNAs.
How to do it: Head for your saucer, enter, and move around to find
buildings marked with a pink dot on your map. Use your death ray to
destroy them. You will need to avoid the attacks of anti-aircraft
devices.

Rockwell BBQ
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Kill six cows in 0:30.
Reward: 200 DNAs.
How to do it: Enter the cow paddock and kill the cows. The Zap-O-Matic
and Disintegrator Ray are good weapons to use. Cows respawn quickly,
and they won't attack you like damn farmers.

Rockwell Race
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Race from Checkpoint to Checkpoint in two
minutes.
Reward: 175 DNAs.
How to do it: Run/ fly to the place marked with a pink dot on your
map. When you reach there, another pink dot will appear elsewhere.
Run/ fly there. Repeat process until you can "race to the finish".

Rockwell Rampage
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Kill twelve civilians in 1:30.
Reward: 200 DNAs.
How to do it: "Civilians" does not include policemen. With this in
mind, just kill them all.

NOTE: The mission requires you to do this only with the Zap-O-Matic,
so you can't use PK.

My favorite side quest is Rockwell BBQ. Cows are easy to kill, and you
can PK them to their death as well without having to wait for your
Zap-O-Matic to recharge. They also respawn quickly.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
c. Santa Modesta Side Quests
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Not many things to do here, and they are all quite tough. Anyhow,
listed in alphabetical order:

Modesta Massacre II
-------------------
Initial Requirement: Kill 12 women in 1:30
Reward: 200 DNAs.
How to do it: Head to the main road and find women to kill. There
aren't a lot of them, and they don't exactly respawn quick enough for
you to do this quickly though. Your best bet is to do this before you
get a high awareness rating, since the women will all be hiding at
home when they know that there's an alien roaming the streets.

Santa Prix
-------------------
Initial Requirement: Race from Checkpoint to Checkpoint in 3:00.
Reward: 175 DNAs.
How to do it:Run/ fly to the place marked with a pink dot on your
map. When you reach there, another pink dot will appear elsewhere.
run/ fly there. Repeat process until you can "race to the finish".

My recommendation is to do the first requirement of Modesta Massacre
II, then move on. You will get a lot of distraction now because of
the police attention, and the women don't exactly respawn fast enough
for you to complete the harder requirements.

However, since you will be spending a considerable amount of time at
Santa Modesta, you may become very familiar with the landmarks here
after a while. That would be a good time to try out the Santa Prix.
You can easily get 175 DNAs just by running around.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
d. Area 42 Side Quests
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The mysterious Area 42 provides you with the following side quests:

Armageddon
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Destroy all buildings in 2:45
Reward: 400 DNAs
How to do it: Make sure your saucer is landed nearby before you
attempt to do this, or you will be wasting a lot of time backtracking
to a further landing spot before you can even begin shooting at
buildings. The rest will be similar to previous Armageddon missions.
Destroy all buildings ASAP for a whopping 400 DNAs.

Desert Rally
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Race from Checkpoint to Checkpoint in 4:00.
Reward: 175 DNAs.
How to do it: Run/ fly to the place marked with a pink dot on your
map. When you reach there, another pink dot will appear elsewhere.
Run/ fly there. Repeat process until you can "race to the finish".
Take note that some the next checkpoint may not always be that
straight forward to reach in Area 42. You may need to fly across gaps,
for example, to reach one of the checkpoints.

Majestic Mayhem
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Kill 12 humans in 2:00
Reward: 200 DNAs
How to do it: The usual. If you've the Ion Detonator, just swing one
to take out a few at the same time.

The Great Cow Race
-------------------
Initial Requirement: Win a race against a pack of cows
Reward: 20 DNAs
How to do it: Race the cows from checkpoint to checkpoint. Running
alone isn't good enough, you'd need to use the jetpack. But if you
fly too high, you will trigger enemy fire. Try "gliding" along the
ground by first tapping your X button quickly for a small hop, then as
you're about to touch the ground, press X again to move forward. This
is the most insane side quest of the game, and is NOT RECOMMENDED if
you want quick DNAs.

For quick DNAs, I'd recommend the usual killing humans side quest,
that is, Majestic Mayhem. As long as you keep your awareness rating
low, you should do this in a breeze.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
e. Union Town Side Quests
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Only two side missions here, and they're vastly similar to others:

Union Stem Collection
----------------------
Initial Requirement: Collect 15 brain stems in 2:30
Reward: 150 DNAs
How to do it: Use the Anal Probe with abundance, and make sure each
shot is fully charged. Extraction is almost always too slow. There
will be more than enough human around for you to complete this easily
if your aiming isn't too poor.

Union Town Tour
----------------------
Initial Requirement: Race from Checkpoint to Checkpoint in 2:15.
Reward: 175 DNAs.
How to do it: The usual checkpoint racing quest, so do it as per
normal. Take note that some checkpoints are found on roof tops.

If possible, I'd suggest that you forgo the side quests here. I'm not
a fan of checkpoint racing, and 15 brain stems is a lot of brain stems
to extract.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
f. Capitol City Side Quests
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The city that houses the White House has four side quests:

Capitol Carnage
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Kill 18 humans in 3:00
Reward: 200 DNAs
How to do it: Humans respawn quickly, but try to target your kill on
civilians, since they're easier to kill.

NOTE: You can only use the Zap-O-Matic for this mission.

Capitol Tour
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Race from Checkpoint to Checkpoint in 3:00.
Reward: 175 DNAs.
How to do it: One point to note as you do this race is that some
checkpoints are found on the roof of skycrapers. You may have to find
an alternative way to get to these points instead of going straight
towards it.

Monument Mayhem
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Destroy all buildings in 5:00
Reward: 200 DNAs
How to do it: As usual, make sure that your saucer is near, then
quickly enter it and gun down all the buildings marked on the map.
Make sure you use strong weapons as well, since there are quite a
number of buildings to take down.

Taxi Hunter
-----------------
Initial Requirement: Destroy 10 taxis in 4:00
Reward: 200 DNAs
How to do it: Do this when your awareness rating is low, or you may
find few taxis on the road. The best way to destroy taxis is to use
PK. If you toss one onto another with enough strength, both will
explode, allowing you to kill two birds with one stone. You can
consider using the Ion Detonator too if you've enough of them.

12. LAST WORDS
======================================================================
That concludes this guide. But before I go, good luck and God bless.

======================================================================
APPENDIX 1. VERSION HISTORY
======================================================================
Version 1: Guide completed. (8.4.05)

======================================================================
APPENDIX 2. FAQS
======================================================================
In this area, I'll provide some questions that I think will be
commonly asked, and will try to answer them even though some of them
are already in the guide.

Q: Why don't you include the controls of this game into this guide?
A: If you bought a legitimate copy of the game, basic information like
controls are already found on your instruction manual, so I'll prefer
not to go through them.

Q: Are there any cheats in this game?
A: Yes, there are quite a number of them. But the game is already
quite easy, so using a cheat really remove the fun in my opinion. But
if you really need to use them, you can find them on GameFAQs.com.

Q: Will you consider doing a probe guide?
A: If I can find all of them, sure. But I'm not too keen on walking
around finding items at this moment... I've had enough of Kinstones
Fusion on Minish Cap!

More to come if I get more questions.
