After going through storage room B, and getting on the deck, enter triangle, square, X, triangle, X at the guard room door.

Activate Cheats

At to the inventory screen press L1 + L2 + L3 + R1 + R2 + R3. Note L3 and R3 are activated by pressing the left or right analog stick until you hear a click
