Alright first turn your ps2 on and choose system configuration.

Then change the time to 3 am and start up ratchet and clank3.

Then go to metropolis,into the first building there and the teleporter that would normally be busted will teleport you to this place called the insomniac museum.

Explore around and see behind the scene pictures and sketchs.
