Unlock Flaming Wrench:

Collect ALL the Wildfire armour and wear it to get the flaming wrench.

Unlock Freeze Wrench:

Defeat Otto Destruct and enter Challenge mode and you will get a piece of the Hyperborean armour. When you have collected the full set and wear it you will get the freeze wrench.
