I'm thinking you mean raising the rank of your monsters. If that's it, then all you can do is keep dueling. Just win, and have at least on of that monster in your actual deck for play. Then play it, and use it to attack your opponent's DL a lot.
You have to use a same monster to attack alot of your oppenents monsters and his LP. After a lot of duels, the monster will get promoted and you can then have him as your deck master.
