WHELL THERE ARE TWO WAYS YOU CAN GET THE CARD, FIRST YOU CAN HAVE ALL THREE BLUE-EYES AND THE RITUAL CARD IN PLAY, OR YOU CAN FIND THE CODE AND ENTER IT.
You can get it by the ritual card ultimate dragon but you have to get the 3 blue eyes white dragons and the ritual card to summon it.
