There is no code for mirror force, you have to get it from the guys at the stilshrine. Kiba dosn't have them, the two final bosses have them.

Mirror Force is technically impossible to get, its meant impossible to get, but you can get it with an action replay or gameshark, they can give you all cards including fusions and specials (riryoku, mirror force) i recommend getting one its worth it, ive heard gameshark can mess up your game so probably get an action replay
