I already have the left arm and head and I know you reincarnate for the right arm and left leg but I don't understand what it means and how do you get the right leg.

In order to reincarnate, you must win or lose five games. Then go to the decks and select the card you wish to reincarnate. Then press down on either the left or right analog stick (can't remember which, a box will come up that asks if you want to reincarnate. If you select yes then you will lose that card and get three new ones.
You need to a battle then go to your deck and press L3
Magic only then a box will appear and it will say do you want to reincarnate then click on yes!
If you reincarnate the hour glass of life chances are you'll get one of the exodus pieces
You have to line up 3 of the same cards in the slots after a win for the right leg.
