Play RTWM vs undertaker mode and in one of the macthes,he will fight you defeat him and you will win, oh and another thing do not use created superstar.

U actually can use created superstar. Do every single match, they all don't have to in the ring, and on wrestlemania, before you face undertaker, get the rock in the green room and you will fight him

Best Answer: to unlock THE ROCK you need to complete all the secret matches in "VS. UNDERTAKER" road to wrestlmania.
THE matches are:
-=Vs. Undertaker=-
Week 2 (Backstage Brawl): Randy Orton
Week 3 (Backstage Brawl): Kozlov
Royal Rumble (Backstage Brawl): Ziggler
Week 9 (Tables Match): Big Show
Week 12 (Backstage Brawl): Batista
WrestleMania (Last Man Standing): The Rock
After completing first 5 matches, go to green room in backstage at WRESTLEMANIA. You will find THE ROCk there. Approach to him and a LAST MAN STANDING match will start. When you'll beat him, you get THE ROCK unlocked
