Question for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3

I need help getting past the level when you have ta catch vargas in the garage. I either end up killing him or letting him go. I raelly need help guys.

Kill the driver! He will surrender

Killing the driver works as well as just using a grenade launcher to get past all the guys at the end quick enough to catch Vargas. He rests for a split second before leaving the garage, if you are too late but close behind, run up and dump on the driver. You just have to rush the last little part so try to keep your team and health strong.
