where can i find sandalwood?

where can i find sandalwood?
I can't seem to find sandalwood...I found some on volcano overlook but there are only two trees...any ideas where to find more...a specific place..please help!!! I can harvest it , I just can't find it

To find sandlewood create a medal ax then go everywhere in the middle jungle on the third island

To find sandalwood you have to make the metal axe at the forge in the temple interior on the third island. Then it pops up every where.

to get sandalwood first go to temple interior, there is forge from which u have to craft METAL AXE. Then check everywhere at the third island to get sandalwood. Best place is geyser plains to get them as there r 7 trees of them!

Theres many in gyster plain in the third island man!
When you enter it theres like 5 I'm in there now
Do you have a metal ax or a plai one if you have a plain one go on vocano summit and harvest the metal ore and then find hard wood so simple
