I am in the section of the caves where you have to choose between the 4 element tunnels. At the end of each one there are little fast spiders. What do I do to them to pass the gates or tunnel?

You have to use dragon time and then do a horn dive on top of them to squash them.
Make sure you know the pattern or direction they go in and come from the opposite direction. Then slow down time and dragon dive on top of them. You'll get it. It took me forever =D
