This isnt a cheat but it does get you a lot of money.

You have to find a time trial that you are really good at, then keep on playing it. With most time trials you get 20,000 credit every gold medal, so if you get a gold medal 10 times you will have an extra 200,000 credits. This should take you about 30 mins to do it ten times.

There is no cheat but if you keep playing the league tours it will get you lots of credit after 30 minutes.
