Is there any cheats for this game cause I'm stuck?

I Realy Need Some Help.. What do I need to do to rescue the civilians? On epsido 6, part 1. How can I eliminate the hostage taker? Please Helpppp

Best way- shoot him in the shoulder with a edt dart

Hello, use your thermal goggles and shoot the bad guy in the as he leans out to the left, it very easy.

Speedboat granny here again to make a correction. Use your thermal goggles and a hand gun when he bad guy leans his head to your left do a head shot.
