I am on the last photo and can't find any more of the yellow and blue things for a flash, I have gone round and round many times and can see nothing. I already have the snowbell secret so they arent there. HELP!!

Hmm have you tried going to a different area then came back to the streets I had this happen to me once I did that and it worked if not save and return to main menu then select your save file and go to the streets
The same thing has happened to me I've been going round and round the whole street and I have 1989 out of 2000 flashes. I need to take one more photo, but I can't!!!
Any one else still having trouble collecting all flashes in the street on Stuart Little 3 PS2 game. I was also having the same trouble, but now can get all 10 photos. Has everyone tried washing off the graffiti with their hose? (4 in total), located: both ends of the street, one in the skate park, and one next to the part where you blow through with the tank. Hope this helps.
