You get the flying trot when you speak to Dr. Nutmeg about the Gand Fanali(sp?), anyways thats the only way I know you can get it.

Flying trot can only be aquired by following

You must trade

Things with 2 boys on farms

Talk to vision ranch boy
Then farm outside happy garlen

When you start the last mission (when you have to destroy the blimp) you will be required to get onto it. Then you can go on it whenever you want...if you've completed the blimp mission.

For future reference, I'd write a new 'question' if you want it answered. Answering a question with your own question isn't likely to get answered as quickly. People may not see it.

Quail Tunnel is the tunnel that connects Nefroburg to Happy Garland. It's the tunnel that the train takes.

You can only get to it by talking to the stationmaster in, I believe, Happy Garland. It might be Nefroburg.
You have to have competed in the UTC, though, before you'll be allowed to enter.
