Thanks,

First choose an engineer as your character. Then, get the Fusion Cutter and then run up to an enemy vehicle and press R1 to use it and eventually you will cut into their vehicle.
Hope this helps,

Merely chose the Engineer and select the fusion cutter as your weapon, then go up to a vehicle controlled by an enemy and get close enough and when you use the fusion cutter a bar will appear on the screen which will say 'Slicing' and a percentage, keep using the cutter until it is a 100% and you will have sliced the vehicle and will have a Technician award.
Ok guy, first pick the engineer (does not matter which team) then use a fusion cutter. It let you Know that it works when you see "Slicing" 10-100%" Happy killing!!!
Take out the fusion cutter and go to an occupied enemy vehicle. (non command vehicles (ones that enemies can spawn from)). Use the fusion cutter on it. You will get a message on the bottom of the screen "Slicing...##%". When it reaches 100%, you have successfully sliced. Static will be around the vehicle rendering it unusable for a few seconds.
First you use the fusion cutter to repair your vehicles, well go up to an enemey vehicle and use your cutter and you need to hold it till it gets to 100 persent
