Ice breath is a talisman that you find in a board. I can't remember which one though. Find the talisman, go to the shiny dragon in the home board, and you will get ice breath.
It's on cloud 9, you need 25 dragonflys to get there. It's to the left of the first Riptoc when you start the level cloud 9.
The Ice breath talisman is in Cloud 9. You need15 dragonflies to get to in Cloud 9.
First you need to get 25 dragonflies and talk to the teddy bear guy and he will open a portal to the sky.Walk into the portal and when you get there go straight and it shoud be on the beach.
