It's not mega-jump.It's a raccoon jump.But it does help you get away from guards better.But be careful on "The Dead Men Tell No Tales" the pillars above might push you back down.
You need 100% of game and you put in pause and put left right left right L1 left and ok
To get the mega jump you need to check out thedeviouscoopers on youtube they should upload the cheat in a video within the next month or so
When youv'e done the game and all the jobs after completing (GO TO THE PAUSE MENU WATEVER it's CALLED , THEN PRESS (LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT L1 AND THEN THE LAST X)
I think that their is no way you can get it by code breaker though
