I tried to kill rosencaster but I went out of potions and I died.
I can't buy more because I ran out of money.

Use the sand move
And the flash blade and if you run out of potions just let other characters handle it while dodging his attacks
You have to kill more monsters to get money then teleport to the nearest shop and buy potions and revives
