Use the blowtorch in the dirty sink located in the break room. Then it will be useful.

The blowtorch is in the culture room but you must register in the computer room if you are not Yoko.

I can't exacty remember but try going to the emergency room.
It has the guy that faints go to the Secuity input. In that room type the pass, aslo check By the temp room.
